Texas Lawmakers Gave More Flood Risk Disclosure Protection To Home Buyers, But Not Renters

Texas landlords are not required to let tenants know if the rental property has flooded previously!

This is hopefully going to be filed again in the next 2021 legislative session but there's no guarantee it will pass!
